Workforce Transformation Poster Series

The Workforce Transformation Team at Health Education North West are developing a series of posters showcasing local examples of successful workforce transformation, in partnership with North West providers.The posters show how North West providers are developing their workforce to have:

  • the right skills
  • at the right time
  • in the right place
  • with the right values and behaviours
  • in the right number

The first set of posters feature examples of workforce transformation in emergency care, supporting service users with dementia and their carers, care home liaison, and pharmacy.
